Penrith lies at the hub of a transportation network with the M6, A6, A66 and West Coast Main Line all converging on the town making Penrith a particularly convenient place to reach.
Tynedale itself lies just a short, pleasant two minute stroll from Penrith town centre and is within very easy reach of the Lake District, the Northern Pennines, the Eden Valley and even the Scottish Borders and Hadrian's Wall.
From Junction 40 on the M6 follow the signs for the A66 posted Brough and Scotch Corner. After 0.5 mile at the roundabout take the first left into Bridge Lane, passing B&Q on the left, and follow for 0.5 miles, go straight over the mini roundabout and Tynedale is on the left after 50 yards.
